Tottenham Hotspur boss Thomas Frank is under huge pressure to turn his side’s fortunes around after another disappointing result at the weekend.
Spurs relied on a late equaliser from central defender Cristian Romero to salvage a point against relegation-threatened Burnley at Turf Moor, despite his defensive partner, Micky van de Ven, having given the Lilywhites the lead.
Goals from Axel Tuanzebe and Lyle Foster turned the match on its head and put the Clarets into a surprise lead, but Romero’s late goal earned Tottenham a much-needed draw.
Despite that result, Spurs still sit 14th in the Premier League table, and Frank is under immense pressure to improve his side’s form as soon as possible.
Now, though, it has emerged that the Dane’s job may not be on the line just yet.
According to Football Insider, those in charge of Tottenham are reluctant to sack Frank as they are wary that it may be difficult to find a top quality replacement.

Frank 52, only took charge of Spurs last summer, having left fellow London side Brentford.
His time in north London hasn’t gone to plan so far, though, with the Dane having won just 12 of his 34 games in charge of the Lilywhites, including only seven wins from 23 Premier League matches.
Frank and his side have been the subject of boos and hostility from their own fans on several occasions this season, with Tottenham’s home form a particular concern.
Despite the immense pressure building on the former Bees manager, the report suggests that Spurs are delaying dismissing him as they may not be able to find a suitable successor.
It is also claimed, however, that Spurs could opt to name an interim manager until the end of the season if they do decide to dismiss Frank.
