New Tottenham Hotspur manager Thomas Frank is yet to make his first new signing since taking charge of the North London side earlier this month.
The Dane swapped Brentford for the Lilywhites after a hugely successful seven-year spell with the Bees, during which he oversaw their promotion to the Premier League and established themselves within the top flight.
Frank now joins Spurs, though, who sacked Ange Postecoglou after the Australian guided them to the Europa League but oversaw a 17th-placed finish in the Premier League table.
Although Spurs did complete the permanent signing of Mathys Tel from Bayern Munich after his loan spell last term, Frank is yet to add anew new faces to his squad.
Now, though, it appears that Frank could soon make his first signings since joining his new club.
According to GiveMeSport, Tottenham are eyeing moves for Southampton’s Tyler Dibling and Bournemouth star Antoine Semenyo.
The report claims that the Lilywhites have been forced to look elsewhere after learning that initial target Bryan Mbeumo is keen to join Manchester United.
Spurs’ search for a new right-sided forward has lead them to Semenyo and Dibling, who both impressed last term.
Semenyo scored 11 goals in 37 Premier League games for the Cherries, while youngster Dibling netted scored twice for the Saints as they were relegated from the top flight.
The report claims that Southampton value Dibling at £100 million, however Tottenham are optimistic that they may be able to agree a deal for a fee closer to £45 million.
It is also claimed that Spurs believe they may have to pay more than £65 million to land Semenyo.
Semenyo is contracted to the Cherries until 2029, while Dibling is tied to Southampton until the end of the 2026/27 campaign.
