Tottenham are set to up their bid for Crystal Palace winger, Wifried Zaha as manager Mauricio Pochettino looks to add to his attacking options before the window slams shut on Wednesday evening, according to The Guardian.
Spurs originally tested the water at Selhurst Park, with a bid to be in the region of £12m which was laughed off and labelled ‘ridiculous’ by club chairman, Steve Parish, who insisted that he would remain in South London after this window.
Their rivals from North of the river are reportedly set to return with an improved bid of £21m, which could rise to £26m with add-ons, however it is believed their latest approach will also be rejected.
The former Man United man was said to be interested in a move to White Hart Lane, however the Eagles boss, Alan Pardew made it clear that he would be staying at the club for the foreseeable future.
