Arsenal are reportedly aiming to make France youth international starlet Yacine Adli their first summer signing, according to the London Evening Standard.

The Premier League side, who finished sixth in the English top-flight standings this term, have been strongly linked with a swoop for the highly rated Paris Saint-Germain midfielder.

The 17-year-old, who has featured seven times for France’s Under-18 side, is yet to make his first-team debut for the Ligue 1 champions, but he was named on the bench during his team mates’ 4-2 victory over Strasbourg in the Coupe de la Ligue back in December.

Former PSG coach Unai Emery wants Adli as his first Arsenal signing.

Adli, who scored one goal in 11 appearances in the UEFA Youth League this campaign, is an attacking central midfielder.

The report suggests new Gunners boss Unai Emery is determined to make the teenage Frenchman his first acquisition at the Emirates Stadium this summer, despite the youngster reportedly also interesting the likes of FC Bayern Munich, FC Barcelona and Real Madrid.
