Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur are repoprtedly leading the chase to sign Chelsea’s out-of-favour forward Victor Moses.

The Premier League rivals have been alerted about the availability of the Nigeria international following the £21.4m arrival of FC Barcelona forward Pedro earlier this week.

The 24-year-old, who has 24 international caps, scored three goals in 19 Premier League appearances whilst out on loan to Stoke City last season.

It was thought that the Potters were the first club in line to sign Moses on a permanent basis; however Stoke boss Mark Hughes has opted for other targets such as Ibrahim Afellay and Xherdan Shaqiri this summer.

In addition; it is also reported that the Premier League champions are looking to offload fellow winger Juan Cuadrado before the close of the transfer window after failing to impress since his £23.3m arrival from Fiorentina back in February.
