Villa line-up January move for ex-Chelsea winger

Aston Villa are reportedly interested in signing former Chelsea forward Gokhan Tore.

Tim Sherwood’s side, who have only won once in the Premier League so far this campaign, are considering a bid for the Besiktas winger in the January transfer window.

The 23-year-old, who has 24 international caps for Turkey, has scored once in seven appearances for the Turkish outfit so far this season.

Tore, who ended his youth career at Stamford Bridge between 2009 and 2011, failed to make a first-team appearance for the Blues before joining German club Hamburger SV.
