West Ham are reportedly considering making a move for Brentford’s star striker Andre Gray.
The Premier League side are on the outlook for a new forward before the close of the transfer window with Andy Carroll and Enner Valencia currently out injured.
Gray, who only arrived at Griffin Park from Luton Town last summer, scored 18 goals in 50 appearances in all competitions for the Bees last season.
Brentford have already rejected three bids from Hull City for the 24-year-old this summer, although Championship rivals Bristol City and Derby County are also said to be interested.
Gray, who sealed a £500,000 move to the Bees last year, has two years remaining on his current deal at Griffin Park, but Brentford are set to offer their prized asset fresh new terms in an attempt to ward off his potential suitors.
