West Ham United are reportedly eyeing a shock deadline day swoop for England international forward Daniel Sturridge, according to the Brentwood Gazette (Via the Daily Star).
The Premier League side, who drew 0-0 with Liverpool in the FA Cup at the weekend, want to take the Reds striker on loan for the remainder of the season.
The 26-year-old, who has 16 international caps for his country, has scored four goals in just six appearances for Jurgen Klopp’s side this season due to injury problems.
