West Ham are set to raid Lyon for Rachid Ghezzal.

According to a report in the Daily Star the winger is available on a free transfer at the end of the season with Everton and Monaco also showing interest.

Ghezzal was the subject of a bid from West Ham last summer but despite turning that offer down the French club have failed to get the 24-year-old onto a new contract.

Adding pace in the forward areas is a priority for Slaven Bilic with a number of options being considered.

West Ham have made heavy use of the French market in recent seasons- with no fee involved all that is required is to fix up a deal with the player.

Although moving to Monaco has obvious appeal first team football will be harder to come by at the Champions League semi-finalists which should make a lucrative offer to move to the London Stadium much more appealing.
