Aaron Cresswell has enjoyed an excellent year with the Hammers.
Aaron Cresswell has been a big hit with Hammers fans since joining the club from Ipswich Town back in the summer of 2014, and 2015 has been a brilliant year for the full-back.
It was a clean sweep for the 26-year-old in West Ham’s end of 2014/15 awards ceremony, with the Liverpool-born defender collecting the Fans’ and Players’ Player of the Season gongs, as well as being named as the club’s Signing of the Season.
Despite making a few mistakes earlier on in this campaign, the England hopeful has bounced back with some impressive performances and has three assists to his name, as well as helping the Irons keep three successive clean sheets in recent times, and scoring the goal in their 1-1 draw against Aston Villa on Boxing Day.
