Arsenal are reportedly keeping close tabs on Brazil youth international Gabriel Boschilia, according to Foot Mercato.

The Premier League side, who host Stoke City at the Emirates Stadium in the English top-flight this afternoon, have been linked with a move for AS Monaco’s highly-rated midfielder ahead of the forthcoming January transfer window.

The 20-year-old, who has featured seven times for Brazil’s Under-20 squad, has scored four goals and provided one assist in 11 appearances in all competitions for the Ligue 1 outfit so far this season.

Boschilia; who joined Monaco from Sao Paulo back in August 2015 after putting pen to paper on a five-year deal, is emerging as one of the French top-flight’s hottest prospects, with Gunners boss Arsene Wenger understood to be an admirer of the attacking midfielder.

However, the report also suggests that Serie A champions Juventus are interested in the Brazilian’s services as well ahead of the New Year market.
