Everton eye Switzerland hotshot

Everton have reportedly been linked with a New Year move for Switzerland ace Breel Embolo.

The Premier League side, who currently sit seventh in the league standings, are eying a January bid for FC Basel’s hotshot.

The 18-year-old, who has already earned six international caps, has scored five goals in 14 appearances in all competitions for the Swiss outfit so far this season.

Bundesliga club Wolfsburg have reportedly already had a large offer rejected by Basel for Embolo, meanwhile Premier League rivals Tottenham are also said to be interested in the youngster.
