Manchester United target Marc Bartra could be available for just £6m this summer, according to SPORT (via the Daily Star).

The 13-time Premier League champions; who finished fifth in the English top-flight standings despite winning the FA Cup, therefore sacking manager Louis van Gaal and appointing ex-Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho as his successor, have been continually linked with a future swoop for the FC Barcelona defender.

The 25-year-old, who has eight international caps for his country and could feature for Spain at EURO 2016 later this summer in France, scored two goals and provided one assist in 24 appearances in all competitions for the La Liga champions.

Bartra, who is also said to be attracting interest from Liverpool and Tottenham too from the Premier League, has reportedly had his current Barca release clause slashed from £30m to just £6m.

The centre-half has been at the Campo Nou his entire professional career, but the report suggests Bartra is frustrated at his lack of first-team opportunities and could seek a summer move away.
