Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho looked on the verge of tears as his side reached the Europa League final with a win over Celta Vigo at Old Trafford in the week, however, the news is not quite so good when it comes to the transfer market.

Despite Barcelona star Neymar signing a new five-year-deal with the Catalan club last year, the Red Devils have continued to be linked with the Brazilian regardless of his £178m release clause.

However, whilst Mourinho may have hoped he could engineer a deal, the forward has dropped the biggest hint over his future yet.

“I want to be here and that’s why I renewed,” the 25-year-old, rated at £85m, told beINSports.

“I’m happy with everything I’ve done for the club.

“Happy with my team-mates and I feel at home.”

The former Santos man, who has bagged an astonishing 183 goals in 101 appearances for the Spanish giants is just one of a number of big names being linked with Old Trafford in the build up to the summer market.

Atletico Madrid’s Antoine Griezmann has been the main man linked all season long, whilst rumours are beginning to pile up surrounding moves for both Real Madrid forwards Gareth Bale and James Rodriguez.
