West Ham face Swansea in a huge relegation six-pointer at the London Stadium on Saturday (3pm kick-off) as the Premier League enters its final eight games.

Slaven Bilic’s Hammers have lost their last five league matches and haven’t won any of their last seven – a run of form which has seen them slump to 15th in the table and just five points clear of the bottom three.

The East London side have endured a tricky debut season in their new stadium, and if they don’t find some form quickly, it’s a stadium that will be playing host to Championship football next season.

However, they have an opportunity to get some points on the board when they host Paul Clement’s Swansea on Saturday, with the Swans themselves on a bad run of no win in their last four games.

They somehow lost 3-1 at home to Tottenham on Wednesday despite leading with just a few minutes to go, and it was a result which plunged them into the bottom three after Hull beat Middlesbrough 4-2 on the same night.

Clearly, this is a massive encounter between two sides in dire need of points, and with the build-up well underway ahead of Saturday’s clash, we at Shoot! have selected our ultimate West Ham-Swansea five-a-side team comprising of players available for selection on Saturday…
