19th September 2015 - Barclays Premier League - Aston Villa v West Bromwich Albion - Saido Berahino of West Bromwich Albion scores the opening goal for the away side (0-1) - Photo: Paul Roberts / Offside.

Berahino celebrates his goal against Aston Villa back in September.

Tottenham are fourth in the Premier League, just five points behind Leicester City at the top of the table, and look to be well in the title race with 15 matches of the season left.

However, many Spurs fans feel that if they are to challenge at the top until May, that they need to bring in a striker in the last week of the transfer window.

The North London outfit rely heavily on Harry Kane, but the English international has appeared jaded in recent times, with seemingly only Son Heung-min as a capable alternative.

Mauricio Pochettino has long been linked with a move for West Brom’s Saido Berahino, and may well want to try and tie up a deal for a frontman that is proven in the English top-flight.
