London rivals Tottenham and Chelsea have been going head to head all season in the Premier League with the west Londoners coming out on top being crowned champions in Antonio Conte’s first season as a manager in English football.

With that in mind, it looks as if the Blues’ north London rivals have now handed them a boost in the summer market as, according to reports from Yahoo, Spurs have opened talks over a deal for Juventus right-back Dani Alves.

With Mauricio Pochettino in the market for a new full-back it seems the former Southampton boss has accepted defeat with Chelsea reportedly chasing a deal for his current man Kyle Walker this summer.

The England international has grown into one of the best full-backs in the Premier League under the guise of Pochettino, however, having been somewhat under-utilised in the past couple of months he looks set to leave the club before the start of the new season.

Walker has notched up over 200 appearances for Spurs since his move from Sheffield United in 2009.
