It is reported that as many as 10 Premier League clubs have been scouting France Under-18 international starlet Malang Sarr, according to BT Sport.

The 17-year-old, who was born in January 1999, has alerted an array of European admirers after an incredible start to his debut season with Ligue 1 outfit Nice.

Sarr, who has been with the French outfit since he was just five-years-old, has scored one goal and provided two assists in 16 appearances in all competitions so far this term.

The Nice-born youngster burst onto the European and international radar when he netted his side’s winning goal on the opening day of the 2016/17 league campaign, heading home a 60th minute effort to seal a 1-0 home win over Rennes.

The talented centre-half has helped Nice climb to the top of the French top-flight after 12 games, leading runners-up AS Monaco and defending Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain by three points.

However, Sarr’s brilliance at the back has not gone unnoticed in England, with the report suggesting up to 10 Premier League sides have sent officials to scout the 5ft 11in defender.
