2 targets Man United fans should get excited about in January

Another player who United have been heavily linked to in recent months, French international Antoine Griezmann could well leave Atletico Madrid in January.

The 25-year-old parted company with his agent in September and, with question marks surrounding the long-term future of manager Diego Simeone at the Spanish club, someone who Griezmann greatly admires, the French forward may feel that it is time to move on.

His friendship with Paul Pogba could encourage a deal with United for a player who has scored 57 goals for Atletico in the last two seasons at the club.

Mourinho will likely have to fend off Europe-wide interest for the forward, but Griezmann is certainly a player that United should break the bank for.
