3 games that lost Bob Bradley his job at Swansea

Bradley had lost four of his five away matches in charge, conceding 15 goals in the process, before a trip to the Riverside Stadium to face a Middlesbrough side who had won just one of their preceding six games.

A trip to a relegation rival gave Swansea a real chance to claw back some points on the sides above them, but they once again produced a characterless display to go down 3-0 to Aitor Karanka’s side.

Alvaro Negredo netted twice in the first half, despite the Swans making a decent start to the game, to all but seal the win, before Marten de Roon added a third just before the hour.

The result plunged Swansea deeper into the relegation mire in the final game before Christmas, meaning that they would go into their Boxing Day clash with West Ham 19th in the table.
