3 midfielders Aston Villa should look to sign in January

Callum McManaman has fallen down the pecking order at West Brom, and looks set to move away from the Hawthorns sooner rather than later.

The 25-year-old was brought to the club by Tony Pulis back in January 2015, but has struggled to make an impact in the Premier League, starting just seven times for the Baggies.

He has yet to net for West Brom in his 20-month spell at the Hawthorns, and it doesn’t look like he is going to get a chance to score his first goal for the club any time soon.

He shot to fame when at Wigan a few years ago, and he’s still got the ability to cause full-backs numerous problems.

He needs somewhere to resurrect his career, and that could be at Aston Villa.
