It’s difficult to suggest that Eden Hazard has improved in 2016 given his efforts in Chelsea’s title-winning campaign of 2014/15, but he had quite a rotten 2015, and is now back at his best.

Arguably, the Belgian international is playing better than ever before.

The 25-year-old netted just nine times in 2015, and didn’t score at all in the first half of the 2015/16 campaign, with his first goal of last season coming in the Blues’ 5-1 win over MK Dons on January 31.

It kick-started what has been a great year for Hazard, who has scored 15 times in 37 appearances for Chelsea, and has also chipped in with a couple of assists.

However, it has been his sensational form under Conte this season that has really caught the eye, and he looks to be taking his game to new levels ahead of 2017.
