3 things Slaven Bilic must improve at West Ham United in January

Forward options

Defensively, West Ham are very poor, but they are not that much better going forward either.

Their tally of eight goals is actually better than any other side in the bottom eight, five of which have come from Michail Antonio, yet none of the strikers at the club have found the net so far.

Zaza has not join his feet in England football yet and, although Andy Carroll and Andre Ayew are out injured, the Hammers have looked pretty toothless in the final third anyway.

They’ve been linked with an audacious move for Liverpool’s Daniel Sturridge in January, should the England international fail to get regular football, so Bilic clearly realises that his attacking options need reinforcing in the New Year.
