David Cameron has been re-elected as Prime Minister, served for a year, and resigned as both PM and an MP

It’s not just sport which has seen a lot happen in the last two years. So has politics.

The Conservatives won a majority in the 2015 General Election under David Cameron, enabling the Prime Minister to embark on another five years as leader of the country.

However, it’s all changed in the last 12 months, with Cameron serving for a year before resigning as a result of the United Kingdom’s decision to leave the European Union. He has also resigned as an MP in recent weeks.
