Whilst Ronald Koeman’s Everton navigate the notoriously busy festive period, the January transfer woindow is now open!
The 2-0 win over defending champions Leicester City may have reassured Toffees’ fans a little, but there is no denying that the side have been too inconsistent this term – take Friday’s 2-2 draw against Hull City for example.
There have been matches where the Koeman philosophy has been clear to see, but the Dutch manager still needs a few more signings to be able to finish crafting his Everton team.
Luckily, Farhad Moshiri seems willing to spend with rumours of a £50m war chest heading Koeman’s way.

The Toffees are still short of numbers up front and new starlet Yannick Bolasie is out for the rest of the season injured.
