Arsenal and Manchester City target Moise Kean looks set to rebuff Premier League interest and sign a professional contract with Serie A champions Juventus, according to his brother Giovanni

The forward has broken two records in the past week as, at the age of 16, his substitute appearance against Pescara on November 19 saw him become the youngest player to ever appear in Serie A, before his six-minute cameo against Sevilla on Tuesday saw him break the same record, this time in European competition.

The 16-year-old has been attracting interest from the likes of Arsenal and City, who were hoping to get in there first and secure a cheap deal for the youngster.

However, Kean’s brother Giovanni has said that he expects the forward to remain in Turin.

He told Gazzetta dello Sport: ‘Juve fans can rest assured that Raiola [his agent] does not want to take him away.

‘If he had wanted to, he would have already done so.

‘Maybe at the beginning Juventus didn’t understand how strong he was. He asked for a fair deal and they have found one. Soon he will sign the contract.’

These comments will come as a bitter blow to the Premier League duo, with both clearly seeing Kean as something special and beneficial to their respective clubs.

He is the first player in the 2000s to play in Serie A and the Champions League, and you sense that he has the ability to continue breaking records in the next few years.
