Juventus have reportedly joined Arsenal and Manchester United in the race to sign Uruguay international striker Edinson Cavani, according to Talksport.

The Premier League duo, who defeated Sunderland and Sheffield United respectively in the FA Cup over the weekend, are interested in signing Paris Saint-Germain’s £40m rated forward during the January transfer window.

The 28-year-old, who has 72 international caps for his country, has scored an impressive 13 goals in 24 appearances for the defending Ligue 1 champions this season.

However Cavani, who joined PSG for a reported €64.5m from Napoli in 2013, has fallen out-of-favour with manager Laurent Blanc and is understood to be reconsidering his future this month.
