Arsenal and Tottenham target Lorenzo Insigne’s agent will reportedly listen to offers for the Italy international this summer, although he doesn’t expect the star winger to be interested in a move, according to radio station CRC (via the Express).
The Premier League duo have both been very impressed by the Napoli ace’s performances so far this term as they try to prevent Juventus winning their fifth straight league title in the Italian top-flight this campaign.
The 24-year-old, who has six international caps for his country and could feature for Italy at the 2016 UEFA European Championships in France later this year, has scored a sensational 12 goals in 31 appearances in all competitions from the left wing for the Serie A outfit so far this season.
Insigne; who has been with Napoli since 2006, has been targeted by the North London derby sides, plus defending Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain, following his stand out displays this term.
The player’s representative; Fabio Andreotti, told Italian radio station CRC, “There are three clubs among Europe’s top ten that have their eyes on Insigne.
“We spoke with them and they want to set up some meetings, but Insigne is so focused on Napoli that he doesn’t even want to know their names.
“They are just probing for the moment, because I expect Insigne’s experience with Napoli to continue in the summer.”
