According to reports from The Times, Arsenal defender, Hector Bellerin could turn down a new contract at the North London club in order to engineer a move to Premier League rivals, Man City.

The Gunners are keen to tie down the 21-year-old, who currently has three years remaining on his deal, and have reportedly offered a new five-year-contract to the former Barcelona youngster.

It is not just Pep Guardiola who is interested in his services, his former club are also keen to orchestrate a return to the Nou Camp.

According to The Times‘ report, the full-back’s preference is a reunion with Guardiola at The Eithad over a return to the Catalan giants.

In an attempt to stave off interest, the powers that be at The Emirates are willing to offer their prodigy double his current £50k-a-week wage as part of any new deal.

Why not have your say? Do you think Bellerin will stay loyal to Wenger and put pen to paper on a new deal? Or is the chance to work with Guardiola too good to turn down? Vote below…
