Arsenal have reportedly opened talks over a January move for Ukraine international star Andriy Yarmolenko, according to A Bola.

The joint-Premier League leaders, who face Stoke City this weekend, are understood to have already made contact with Dynamo Kiev over the winger’s services this month.

The 26-year-old, who has 55 international caps for his country, has scored an impressive 13 goals in 22 appearances in all competitions for the Premier Liga outfit this season.

Yarmolenko, who is valued at around £20.5m by Kiev, would become Gunners boss Arsene Wenger’s second January addition following the capture of FC Basel midfielder Mohamed Elneny.

Premier League rivals Everton were also linked with a move for Ukrainian ace Yarmolenko earlier this month.
