Wales continued their rich vein of recent form at European Championships as they secured progression to the last 16 of Euro 2020.

Despite defeat to Italy, the Dragons secured qualification and will now face Denmark in the last 16 on Saturday, just five years after the Welsh reached the semi-finals of Euro 2016.

Talisman Gareth Bale has been instrumental in Wales’ success, but so too has Aaron Ramsey.

The former Arsenal man scored Wales’ opener against Turkey on matchday two, and it appears that his performances haven’t gone unnoticed as he has been linked with a number of clubs.

The Welshman joined Juventus in 2019 and, despite winning the Serie A title in his first season in Turin, his time in Italy has been hampered by injury and it appears he could be on his way back to the Premier League.

Ramsey scored the first goal in Wales’ 2-0 win over Turkey.

Crystal Palace and West Ham United are two of the clubs being linked with the 30-year-old, but former side Arsenal appear to have been ruled out of the running.

The player’s agent, David Baldwin, has taken to Twitter to rubbish reports that Ramsey could be returning to North London.

“I’m sorry but can you stop making things up please,” he wrote.

“There is not a shred of truth in your tweet.”

The reply was in response to a tweet that stated that Ramsey’s representatives were working behind the scenes to agree a return to Arsenal, with the player even prepared to agree a wage drop to complete the deal.

It has also been reported that Juventus are keen on the idea of letting Ramsey go, with his significant wages a reason for wanting to do so.
