Arsenal are interested in signing Club Brugge striker Wesley Moraes, according to The Sun.

The 22-year-old has been on top form for the Belgian club, scoring 10 times in 22 appearances in all competitions.

As well as netting seven times in the Jupiler Pro League, the Brazilian has notched twice in the Champions League.

The forward’s prolific performances have reportedly caught the eye of Gunners boss Unai Emery.

The Spanish boss is looking to add to his forward line with Danny Welbeck sidelined and set to leave the Emirates at the end of the season when his contract expires.

Welbeck, who is currently injured, will exit Arsenal at the end of the season when his deal expires.

It is thought that Moraes, whose current Brugge contract expires in 2023, would cost around £15million.

However, the Gunners could face competition from fellow reported parties Fiorentina and Valencia for the former AS Trenčín man.
