Arsenal are reportedly eyeing a summer swoop for Spain international Isco, according to Fichajes (via the Express).

The Premier League side, who currently sit third in the English top-flight standings, but 11 points adrift of surprise league leaders Leicester City with a game in hand, have been linked with a move for the Real Madrid midfielder once the 2015-16 campaign draws to a close.

The 23-year-old, who has 14 international caps for his country and could feature for Spain at Euro 2016 later this year, has scored four goals and provided 12 assists in 33 appearances in all competitions for the La Liga giants so far this season.

Isco; who arrived at the Bernabeu from fellow Spanish side Malaga back in June 2013 in a deal worth around €30m, is expected to leave Madrid this summer after becoming frustrated with a lack of first-team starts this season, making 18 in La Liga.

However the report suggests that Arsene Wenger’s side could face competition from defending Serie A champions Juventus for Isco’s signature, with the Italians ready to offer £23m.
