Arsenal join the hunt for 42-goal striker sensation

Arsenal are reportedly in the chase to sign Belgium’s highly-rated 15-year-old forward Adriano Bertaccini.

The Premier League outfit, who alongside Manchester City are joint-leaders in the standings following their 2-1 win over Everton at the weekend, have been closely monitoring the Genk sensation this campaign.

Bertaccini, who has been capped by his country at Under-16 level, has also been scouted by rivals Liverpool after scoring a staggering 42 goals for Genk at U-16 level last season.

Although the teenager isn’t eligible to sign any scholarship terms with a football club until next summer; Bertaccini has already been tipped as the brightest young star to emerge from Belgium with numerous European elite clubs monitoring his progression.
