Arsenal fell to a third away defeat in a row on Monday as Everton struck a late winner to claim a morale boosting 2-1 victory at Goodison Park.

The Gunners led deep into the second half but a Richarlison strike 10 minutes from was followed by a stoppage time winner courtesy of Demarai Gray.

Eddie Nketiah and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang both missed chances on a disappointing night for Mikel Arteta.

And it seems the Spanish boss is now trying to rebuild his striking line-up which, including Alexandre Lacazette, has produced a combined five goals (Aubameyang 4, Lacazette 1) in 15 Premier League matches.

According to Fichajes, Arteta is interested in signing the man who started Everton’s comeback against his side on Monday, Richarlison.

As well as netting the Toffees’ equaliser, the Brazilian also had two goals ruled out in an impressive individual display.

Richarlison has scored three goals in nine Premier League starts this season.

The report claims that both Lacazette and Aubameyang could be moved out of the Emirates Stadium, leaving room for the 24-year-old to freshen up the Arsenal attack.

Richarlison has 41 Premier League goals to his name in his spells with Watford and Everton and is a regular fo the Brazil national team.

However, it’s stated that Arsenal would face tough competition from Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid for the South American’s signature.

Richarlison also still has two-and-a-half years remaining on his Everton contract, meaning the Toffees could still demand a huge transfer fee for the player who’s valued at £49.5million by Transfermarkt.
