Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham keep tabs on £15.3m-rated La Liga speedster

Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham are reportedly all scouting Spain Under-21 international Inaki Williams, according to Miguel de Souza (Football Insider).

The Premier League trio have joined the race to sign the highly-rated Athletic Bilbao winger, who has been recently timed as the fastest player in La Liga history.

The 21-year-old, who broke the record at a remarkable speed of 22.2 miles per hour, has scored an impressive ten goals in 22 appearances for the Spanish outfit this season.

Williams, who reportedly has a £15.3m release clause, can play anywhere across the front three and be operated as a central striker.
