Premier League title challengers Arsenal are back in action on Saturday when they host London rivals West Ham United.

The Gunners produced a stunning comeback to defeat Newcastle United 2-1 in their last league outing, cutting leaders Liverpool’s advantage to just two points.

Mikel Arteta’s side then defeated Greek outfit Olympiakos 2-0 in the Champions League on Wednesday, and the Spaniard will hope to see his side continue their good form when the Hammers visit The Emirates.

In the build up to the match, it has emerged that Arsenal are one of several clubs interested in a Ligue 1 star that could be available next year.

As per The Daily Briefing, Arsenal have been made aware that Paris Saint-Germain star Warren Zaire-Emery could be available for as little as £70 million.

The report claims that the French champions could be willing to allow the midfielder to depart for a fee in that region, despite the club’s preference being to keep hold of the player.

Zaire-Emery, 19, is a product of PSG’s youth academy and has now played 138 times for the club across all competitions.

The teenager has established himself as an important player for the French giants over the past few seasons, but he started just 23 Ligue 1 matches last term and the report suggests that he is seeking assurances in relation to his role in Luis Enrique’s side.

This season, the France international has featured in all nine of PSG’s games, but the report claims that he could still be allowed to leave in January.

Manchester City are also said to be interested in the midfielder, who is under contract until the end of the 2028/29 season.

The report suggests that both Arsenal and City are contemplating moves for the player, with £70 million likely to be enough to at least give PSG something to consider despite their desire to keep hold of the player.
