Arsenal are reportedly ready to move for Robert Lewandowski this summer, should the Poland international wish to leave FC Bayern Munich, according to the Mirror on Sunday.
The Premier League giants, who currently sit third in the English top-flight standings after defeating Norwich City 1-0 at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday afternoon, have been long-term admirers of the predatory striker.
The 27-year-old; who has 75 international caps for his country and is set to star for Poland at Euro 2016 later this year, has scored a remarkable 38 goals in 47 appearances in all competitions for the Bundesliga giants so far this season, including seven assists.
Lewandowski, who still has three years left on his current deal at the Allianz Arena, joined Bayern from German rivals Borussia Dortmund back in July 2014 after agreeing a pre-contractual agreement during the course of that campaign.
Since then; the Poland ace has netted a sensational 63 goals in just 96 games for Bayern.
