Arsenal will be looking for a fifth consecutive Premier League victory when they face Burnley on Saturday.

Last weekend the Gunners recorded a fourth straight win by beating London rivals 6-0, reiterating their Premier League title credentials.

Having topped the top flight table for much of last season before missing out on the title, Arteta will be desperate to see his side go one better this time around and victory over Burnley could move the Gunners into second place at least.

Arteta will be keen to bolster his squad this summer regardless of whether or not they do lift the title, but the Gunners could have to pay a significant sum to land one of their top targets.

According to The Evening Standard, Wolves would demand a fee in excess of £60 million to consider selling winger Pedro Neto.

The Portuguese joined Wolves from Italian side Lazio almost five years ago, and has since established himself as a key player for the club.

Neto’s impressive performances have attracted interest from elsewhere

In total the winger, 23, has made 129 appearances across all competitions, scoring 14 goals and providing 23 assists.

This season Neto has scored three goals and registered ten assists in 18 games.

His impressive showings haven’t gone unnoticed, though, and both Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are also believed to have shown an interest in the Portugal international.

Wolves are understandably reluctant to allow Neto to leave, and the report claims that they would have to be offered a club record sum to do so.

The Midlands outfit benefit from the fact that the player’s current contract has more than three years remaining on it, putting Wolves under very little pressure to sell any time soon.

Neto has, however, suffered with a number of injuries since arriving in England, most notably when spending almost 12 months sidelined during the 2021/22 campaign.
