Arsenal are targeting a January swoop for Barcelona winger Malcom, according to the Sport.
The Brazilian was at the heart of a controversial transfer saga in the summer as he looked set to join AS Roma from Bordeaux before, at the last minute, opting to make the switch to La Liga.
However, the move has yet to work out for the 21-year-old who has played just 25 minutes of football for his new club.
Now reports in Spain suggest that the Gunners are prepared to offer the forward some match action in the short-term by making a loan offer to the Catalan giants.
The north London side showed an interest in the South American back in January but, now with Barca making him available, are set to move again 12 months later.
Boss Unai Emery has enjoyed a decent start at the helm of the Emirates club, winning six of his opening eight Premier League games, but is looking to strengthen his hand in the winter window.
Last season Malcom lit up Ligue 1, scoring 12 goals in 35 matches, including the Goal of the Year against Dijon in December 2017.
