Name: Joel Campbell
Position: Forward

Snatching the accolade from the grasps of his Arsenal teammates Hector Bellerin and Nacho Monreal is winger Joel Campbell, who is starting to fulfil his bright potential this season and weave his way into the Gunners’ first-team.

Having arrived at the Emirates Stadium back in August 2011 from Deportivo Saprissa; the speedy winger has been out on loan to the likes of Lorient (France), Real Betis (Spain), Olympiakos (Greece) and Villarreal (Spain), with his future at the Premier League club looking fairly loan-some.

Last term; the Costa Rica international failed to score in ten appearances for Arsene Wenger’s side before being offloaded to Villarreal for his second loan spell in La Liga almost 12 months ago.

However this season; Campbell has managed to heavily compete and fill in for the likes of Theo Walcott, Alexis Sanchez and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain with full effect, scoring three and assisting four goals for the Gunners in all competitions this season.

The highlight of Campbell’s progression came back on October 31 when he scored in his first Premier League appearance of the 2015-16 campaign, netting in Arsenal’s convincing 3-0 victory away to Swansea City.
