AS Roma star Radja Nainggolan is aware of summer interest from Chelsea and is reportedly ready to consider a move to the Premier League club, according to the Evening Standard.
The defending English top-flight champions, who currently sit tenth in the standings respectively after their most recent 2-2 draw at home to West Ham United at Stamford Bridge, have been linked with a future swoop for the Belgium international once the 2015-16 campaign has concluded.
The 27-year-old, who has 18 international caps for his country and is set to feature for Belgium at this year’s UEFA Euro 2016 in France, has scored three goals and provided two assists in 35 appearances in all competitions for the Serie A outfit so far this season.
Nainggolan, who is one of incoming Blues boss Antonio Conte’s top transfer targets this summer, is expected to cost Chelsea around £35m.
The central midfielder is highly-rated by current Italy national team coach Conte, who is expected to succeed interim boss Guus Hiddink as the Blues’ permanent manager this summer.
Italian rivals Juventus are also reportedly interested in signing Nainggolan.
