FC Barcelona are preparing an offer for Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford, according to the Sunday Express.
There’s been much speculation that the 21-year-old, who scored the opening goal of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s reign as manager in the 5-1 win at Cardiff on Saturday, could leave the Old Trafford club.
The England international has been linked with a switch to both Real Madrid and AC Milan.
However, it’s now being reported that, if the exciting forward becomes available, Barca are keen to not lose out and bring him to the Camp Nou.
It’s thought a lot will depend on how Rashford gets on under Solskjaer after his development stalled somewhat under Jose Mourinho.
The Red Devils academy graduate, who has scored five league goals this season, wants a regular place in the starting XI and to get long-term assurances before committing to his boyhood club.
