West Ham host Premier League leaders Chelsea on Monday night (8pm kick-off) hoping to record a sixth home Premier League victory of the campaign.

Slaven Bilic’s side have struggled somewhat at the London Stadium this term, their new home following their move from Upton Park last summer, winning just five of their 13 league games there, four of which have been by the odd goal.

Nonetheless, they have won three of their last six matches at home in the Premier League, and will give Antonio Conte’s Blues some problems in East London on Monday night, given that they beat the league leaders 2-1 in the League Cup back in October.

However, Conte’s men have been in sensational form in the league since their 3-0 defeat to Arsenal back on September 24, winning 17 of their 20 matches since then, and losing just the once at Tottenham back in January.

That incredible run of form, which included 13 wins on the spin between October and December, has taken them ten points clear at the top of the division, and within sight of a fifth Premier League title in 12 years.

Yet, West Ham will be confident of getting a result against the Blues, yet Bilic may make a few changes to his starting eleven against the league leaders.

Thus, here are THREE West Ham stars who deserve a chance against Chelsea on Monday…
