Manchester United welcome Premier League title chasers Arsenal to Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon.

The Red Devils have endured a difficult season and now find themselves in a battle to qualify for Europe next season after a disappointing run of recent results.

Arsenal, meanwhile, were knocked off of top spot in the league table after Manchester City defeated Fulham 4-0 on Saturday, but remain firmly in the hunt for a first title in two decades.

Speculation is rife that United boss Erik ten Hag will be replaced this summer, but in the meantime it appears that the club have been handed a boost in their pursuit of a Premier League winger.

According to Football Insider, Crystal Palace star Michael Olise does have a release clause in his current contract, which will be welcome news for the Red Devils.

Olise has been in fine form for Palace this season

United have been interested in the Frenchman for some time now, and the report suggests that they could reignite their interest in the 22-year-old this summer.

Olise’s release clause is believed to be close to £70 million, according to the report.

Chelsea, who came close to signing Olise last summer before the winger signed a new contract with the Eagles, are also likely to renew their interest in the France Under-21 international.

Arsenal, Aston Villa, and Italian giants Juventus are also said to be interested in the attacker, who spent time at Chelsea, Manchester City and Arsenal as a youngster.

This season the winger has been in fine form for the Eagles, scoring ten goals and providing five assists in 18 Premier League matches despite being hampered by injuries.

Olise netted twice as Palace beat Man United 4-0 last week, before scoring and assisting as they defeated Wolves 3-1 on Saturday afternoon.

The contract that Olise signed with Palace last year is set to run until the end of the 2026/27 campaign.
