Another memorable moment in Gerrard’s Reds career was his sublime hat-trick against arch rivals Everton in March 2012.

The skipper netted all three goals in the Merseyside Derby at Anfield, as Kenny Dalglish’s side ruined David Moyes’ 10th anniversary as Toffees boss, on Gerrard’s 400th Premier League appearance for the club.
