Mauricio Pochettino knows that his Tottenham side need to get a positive result at Monaco on Tuesday if they are to keep their Champions League hopes alive.

Spurs have won just one of their first four group matches, and go to the Stade Louis-II hoping for better than the 2-1 defeat they suffered at the hands of Leonardo Jardim’s side back in September.

Pochettino’s men got back to winning ways in the Premier League on Saturday courtesy of a 3-2 win over West Ham, and the Spurs boss will be looking to forward Son Heung-min to help inspire the team to victory on Tuesday night, with Harry Kane likely to get a rest ahead of the Chelsea clash at the weekend.

However, they come up against a Monaco side who are unbeaten in the Champions League so far this season and currently sit second in Ligue 1 having won nine of their opening 13 matches.

The French outfit are guaranteed of at least a Europa League spot, but they will be hoping that the in-form Radamel Falcao can fire them to a victory on Tuesday which would seal their place in the last 16 of the Champions League.

So, with these two key forwards set to go head-to-head on Tuesday, here is how Falcao and Son match up in the Champions League so far this season…
