Manchester United have reportedly had an offer accepted for Brazil international star Willian.

The Premier League side, who have signed defender Diogo Dalot (FC Porto), midfielder Fred (Shakhtar Donetsk) and goalkeeper Lee Grant (Stoke City) so far this transfer window, have been continuously linked with luring the forward away from top-flight rivals Chelsea this summer.

The 29-year-old, who has 62 international caps for his country, scored 13 goals and provided 12 assists in 55 appearances in all competitions for The Blues last season.

Willian, who played in all of Brazil’s fixtures at the 2018 FIFA World Cup finals in Russia this summer, has netted 44 goals in 236 games overall for the club following his £30m move from Anzhi Makhachkala back in August 2013.

However, Red Devils manager Jose Mourinho is understood to be keen on a reunion with the Samba star at Old Trafford this summer, so much so, Tuttosport claim United have had a bid accepted for the Chelsea winger.

Via Sport Witness‘ tweet, the report claims The Blues have accepted a €75m (approx. £67m) offer from United for the Brazilian, who is also a transfer target for La Liga giants FC Barcelona.

Barcelona have already had three offers knocked back for the former Shakhtar winger this transfer window, but it now seems United have stolen a march on the Spanish champions and Willian looks poised to become the club’s fourth summer signing.
