Chelsea and Manchester United are both interested in signing PSV Eindhoven starlet Heritier Deyonge, according to Sports Mole.
It is reported that the Belgian-born 16-year-old has been attracting scouts to the Dutch club’s U17s matches.
The Stamford Bridge and Old Trafford clubs are thought to be two who have been tracking the youngster.
However, the Premier League duo are expected to face competition from French champions Paris Saint-Germain.
Deyonge, who joined PSV from Westerlo in 2012, is naturally a left-back but can also operate on the right side of defence.
