Chelsea are reportedly lining up a £24million summer move for Ajax midfielder Riechedly Bazoer, according to ELF Voetbal Magazine, via the Sun.

The Blues are yet to replace Ramires, who left for China in January, and incoming boss Antonio Conte is keen to rebuild his new club’s midfield when he takes over at Stamford Bridge this summer following Italy’s participation at EURO 2016.

With the futures of the likes of Nemanja Matic and John Obi Mikel in doubt, the Italian boss has already identified potential targets to strengthen in the middle of the park, although he could face competition from a number of clubs for the highly-rated 19-year-old.

Premier League rivals Manchester United, Manchester City and Arsenal are all also said to be keen on the one-capped Netherlands international, who is said to be keen to leave the Eredivisie this summer despite turning down a move to Serie A with Napoli in January.
